At Ten2 NEMT, we believe in straightforward, honest pricing. We never charge hidden fees, and no payment is taken online today. All ride fees are calculated transparently and processed securely in person at the time of your service. NO CASH TRANSACTIONS ARE ACCEPTED!

IN PERSON PAYMENT METHOD! We make payment simple and stress-free when we arrive. We accept all major credit cards + 3.5% Convenience Charge (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), mobile tap-to-pay (Apple Pay/Google Pay), and pre-arranged commercial facility billing.

Localized Transit Rates (One-Way)

Please note: All transit services are calculated and billed on an individual, one-way base tier. For standard local doctor appointments, dialysis treatments, or family outings where a return ride is needed, the base fee and loaded mileage are applied to both directions.

• Ambulatory Escort Tier

  • Best for: Mobile seniors who travel with walking canes or rolling walkers but require a steady, door-through-door guiding escort arm from their room straight into the clinic desk.

  • Base Booking Fee: $65.00 (One-Way)

  • Loaded Mileage Rate: $3.25 per loaded mile driven

  • Extended Appointment Waiting Time: $25.00 per 30-minute block (applied after our standard 15-minute pickup grace window)

• Wheelchair & Lift-Equipped Tier

  • Best for: Wheelchair-reliant passengers requiring safe loading via our heavy-duty hydraulic lift and full commercial 4-point Q'Straint floor-track belt securement.

  • Base Booking Fee: $125.00 (One-Way)

  • Loaded Mileage Rate: $4.75 per loaded mile driven

  • Extended Appointment Waiting Time: $30.00 per 30-minute block (applied after our standard 15-minute pickup grace window)
